Our location near Modimolle, 150 km from both Pretoria and Polokwane puts us in a sweet spot that is close to Gauteng, in a malaria-free area and on the doorstep of the most amazing Bushveld region.
Luxury Tented Accommodation
One of our most notable distinguishing features that sets us apart from most other luxury game lodges is our luxury tented accommodation that gives you the opportunity to experience all the benefits of tented living and combine it with the luxury of a 5-star lodge. Far more than a tent in the bush, we have no fewer than six tented camps, all within walking distance of the main lodge via lantern-lit pathways. They combine colonial-style comfort most delightfully with the wild pulse of nature. The six camps are:

- Safiri (journey)
- Utambo (space)
We have become famous among luxury game lodges for our tented accommodation and once you have experienced the luxury and comfort, you would understand why. The tents are all thatch-covered and the following are standard:
- spectacular, unhindered Bushveld views from each tent's private deck
- coffee- and tea-making facilities
- a hairdryer, fan and heater
- a stocked mini bar
- in-room dining option
- an in-room safe for valuables
- twin beds or a king-size bed
- en-suite bathrooms with a bath and shower
- an outside shower for two
This level of appointments and luxury would do a five-star hotel justice and indeed, our luxury tents are equipped to the same standard as our luxury units at the main lodge.
Main Lodge Luxury Units
If you opt to stay at our main lodge, you will also find these five-star units a cut above what you would expect of most luxury game lodges. 
The Cheetah and Rhino rooms offer queen-size beds and Rhino's en-suite bathroom has a shower only, but for the rest, the amenities are per our luxury tents and all units offer partial or full Bushveld views. Standing out as the most luxurious option we offer, the Royal African presidential suite has everything and more; it adds a private splash pool, digital satellite television, a lounge and a fireplace.
Many Included Features; Plenty of Extras to Choose From
Unlike far too many luxury game lodges, you get a whole host of features, services and activities thrown in as part of your rate, at no extra cost.
You can use the lodge swimming pool any time you want and there are no hidden costs, since VAT and your Conservation Fee also form part of your rate. In addition, your full breakfast, a splendid 5-course Table D'hôte dinner, canapés in the afternoon, tea and coffee in the morning and two game drives per day are standard fixtures too.
Should you prefer, we offer a variety of other services and activities. Among the most notable extras are sports like croquet and silhouette shooting as well as transfer services (like private charter collections and drop-offs from and to the lodge).
