Experience Nature Like Never Before
One of the most delightful and important aspects of enjoying one’s holiday or weekend getaway at one of Limpopo’s premier private game reserves is most certainly its luxurious lodge accommodation. This in no way minimises all the other delights on offer at Zwahili Private Game Lodge & Spa, situated in the magnificent, game-rich Waterberg region of South Africa’s Limpopo Province, formerly known as the Northern Transvaal.
Confirmed Lodge Accommodation
However, our accommodation is fundamental to the exceptional guest experience on offer in our natural wildlife domain.
Additionally, at any one time, we provide accommodation for no more than 20 adults, occupying 10 splendid rooms and suites. Consequently, there is no possibility of overcrowding at the lodge, our fine dining restaurant, peaceful lounge and laid-back bar area, swimming pool or relaxing spa, nor at any fascinating game sighting or within this unspoiled reserve’s boundaries.
For the benefit of our guests, who seek an authentic wildlife experience, it is important to maintain the unhurried, leisurely serenity of an era when Limpopo’s attractions and the Springbok flats appeal were largely unknown and unexploited by people from outside the region.
Essential Day Visitor Quota Elsewhere
Whilst all game conservation areas, which feature lodges and other types of hospitality facilities for visitors, always appreciate guests’ patronage, the necessity of controlling visitor numbers has become essential and is not unique to our lodge.
Folks who select this option are required to pre-book entry during one of three daily time slots. Failure to do so means that they take their chances at an entry point, in the hope that the quota has not been reached when they arrive, thus enabling gate authorities to grant them permission to enter, spend a day driving around to observe game, and make use of public rest camp facilities inside the reserve.
Zwahili’s Luxurious Lodge Accommodation Options
Our accommodation, amenities, facilities, private on-site spa, and location in the heart of Limpopo’s lush, untamed Bushveld region proved so popular with our guests that we took the considered decision to increase the number of guest rooms on offer.
Previously, only ten adults were housed in five suites. As mentioned previously, these numbers have doubled due to popular demand, created in part by the increasing popularity of Limpopo Province as preferred leisure travel, getaway, holiday, and tourism destination. Moreover, our relative proximity to the major centres of Johannesburg and Pretoria adds to our lodge’s appeal.
