Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT

50% deposit required within 12hrs for confirmation of reservation.

Balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made by credit card or EFT.

Cash & Cheques are not accepted at the lodge.

CHILD POLICY

Children <12yrs can be accommodated with adults in all rooms except main lodge rooms.

R1000/child/night if sharing with 2 full paying adults. Children <2yrs no charge.

Children <6yrs not allowed on the scheduled game drives or in the restaurant during dinner time. Private game drives can be arranged @R800/drive. In room dining arrangements can be made at a service fee of R250/sitting. Baby sitting services are provided @R120/hour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For a 100% refund guest must cancel 14 full days before check in.

For a 50% refund guest must cancel 7 full days before check in.

If guest cancels less than 7 days before check in or decides to leave early after check in, no refund will be payable.

All no shows are charged in full.

5% Surcharge on all refunds.

SPA BOOKINGS:You are requested to cancel at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you fail to do so the full treatment cost will be charged.

COVID-19 SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

For a 100% refund guest must cancel 14 full days before check in.

14 days or less before check in: Should a confirmed booking wish to cancel under the current COVID-19 circumstances, Zwahili Private Game Reserve will agree (until further notice) to hold any deposit / monies paid and honour the booking for future travel up to 31 December 2022. Each case will be reviewed on merit and for fairness.

GENERAL

Minimum stays are applicable over public holidays, weekends & peak periods.

Rates are quoted per person per night, in South African rand (ZAR) and are subject to change.

Tariffs are inclusive of 15% VAT.
